 Clock Based Time and Attendance Solutions    
     
Our Time & Attendance solution calculates employees’ hours and overtime according to your company’s working patterns, thus removing manual work from the administration and payroll processes. On-screen viewing and editing of clocking times and hours worked can be carried out from a user’s PC, where the automatic highlighting of lateness, unauthorised absence and other anomalies are illustrated. Graphical booking and recording of holidays, sickness, and user customised leave types can also be carried out. Comprehensive reporting facilities with outputs to payroll packages such as Sage and spreadsheets such as Microsoft® Excel® are also present in our solutions.

Our robust and easy to use clocking terminals make it easy for employees to confirm clockings, check flexi-time hours, check holiday balances or make job booking transactions, and can connect to a fire alarm to automatically produce a roll-call report.

PC Clock is a simple PC based booking system that allows employees to accurately record their own individual clocking data. PC Clock is a cost-effective method of ensuring that your business remains compliant with the working patterns of the company, without the need for a new Time & Attendance network.

Our unique PC Clock solution also facilitates biometric verification at a PC. Here, employees simply place their finger on a fingerprint reader; the system automatically recognises the employee and subsequently clocks this employee in or out. Again, with this particular solution, one employee can't clock for the other.
